Lava 20 Quick Primer
Solvent-Based, Quick-Drying Polyurethane Primer
Efficient and reliable, Lava Quick Primer is a translucent, deeply penetrating polyurethane primer designed for swift drying and curing.
Description
Lava 20 Fast Primer meets the demand for a quicker yet still
penetrating single-pack primer.
Whilst most other single-pack PU primers available to professional roofers are tack-free in times from 2 hrs, our Lava be overcoated in times from just 10 minutes! This creates a huge time saving when the area to be primed is small and you as the contractor would usually have to wait before installing the membrane.
Application
All surfaces must be washed clean, free of loose materials, grease, oils, release agents, and other contaminants. Primers may be required for certain substrates, such as EPDM or metal. Typical full cure time of the membrane is 7-24 hours with sunny and warm, 70° F (21 °C), weather conditions. Do not allow the freshly applied material to freeze prior to full cure time. Cure time is dependent on weather and temperature conditions. olPurpose is typically applied using a brush or trowel. Can be installed with polyester fabric reinforcement supplied by Olmeck.

Lava Super Quick Primer is a single-pack polyurethane solution with exceptional speed and durability, ready for overcoating in just 10 minutes.
Description
LAVA PRIME 20 is a one component, low viscosity, polyurethane based primer suitable for many different substrates. It is characterized by its very low viscosity and balanced curing speed which result in excellent wetting, impregnation and coat over time on different substrates whether of high, low or no porosity (e.g. glass and metals).

For priming of:
- Asbestos cement (damp or dry).
- Concrete structures (Humid, damp or wet concrete).

- Also, for use as a concrete sealer and dust proofer.

Lava Detail 20 is a liquid applied, thixotropic, permanent, elastic, fiber reinforced, one component polyurethane coating used for long lasting waterproofing of complex roofing details and connections.
Description
LAVA DETAIL 20 is a thixotropic and fiber-reinforced single component polyurethane liquid membrane used for waterproofing and protection of roof detail structures. Due to its unique formation, it cures rapidly to form a bubble free thick layer membrane with excellent mechanical properties. LAVA DETAIL 20 is ideal for use during the winter months or in climates with relatively low humidity.

Accelerating Additive
Lava 20 Catalyst speeds up the curing process, enabling over-coating in just 3 hours. This additive facilitates completing two coats in a single day.
Description
Lava PU MASTIC is a fast curing joint sealant, general purpose adhesive that has been specifically formulated to contain both PU and silyated PU technology, thus giving rise to a sealant, which includes the best properties of both technologies. The material has been modified in order to give enhanced thixotropic properties. Lava PU MASTIC cures rapidly through reaction with atmospheric humidity to produce a sealant with excellent early grab adhesion even on substrates traditionally problematic for PU sealants, e.g. aluminum, steel, polycarbonate etc.
